H. Mehveş Ekşiler Özer graduated Istanbul Univeristy School of Law in 1990. Since 1992, she has been working as a self-employed lawyer as well as performing management roles in foundations and associations. Since 2013, she has been active as a registered mediator with the Ministry of Justice Mediator Registrar and as an internationally accredited arbitrator by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) since 2016. She is the Secretary to the Executive Board of Union of Turkish Bar Associations Mediation and Conciliatory Commission. H.
